Beautiful on the exterior, but they definitely have some of the internals wrong, way wrong and, in some cases, out of position.  A quarter-century after I worked on it and some things still remain clear in my memory.  Additionally, they don't even have the APUs nor the intake doors for them and the doors are easily noticeable when the aircraft is sitting on the ground.

They also missed the anti-grav units, primary AI pilot and matter displacement projector. Amateurs...

Boxart for the P.1000 Ratte has been released. Expected ship date January or February 2018.

Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

I'm 3/4 way through their 1/72 B-2 and its not half bad. I'd never heard of them until recently. Lots of good details and the fit is surprisingly good considering the lack of locating pins etc. The price is a bit of a choking point mind you - $199.95(AU) is a bit steep for what you get but also kind of worth it as it is a massive improvement on the only other alternative - the Testors version (I like having hair on my head thanks - although I am going to make a WHIF out of the one I had started - stay tuned)

Nicely done CSRL and AGM-129A's, these should also fit their B-2A model.

I don't think they have the bomb bay correct, I've looked inside a B-52 bomb bay and it only goes about half way up inside. There should be a floor there which is just under the bottom of the wing spars, think there's fuel tanks above the floor IIRC.

I've made some 'Big Belly' bomb racks for one of my B-52D's I have, and the governing factor to how tall they are is this floor height.

A question, if I may.  The sample pictures I've seen do not show the APU's, in their shrouds, in the forward inboard corners of each main landing gear bay nor the exhaust doors on the upper surface.  Does the final kit have these?

No I don't think so. TBH, I haven't paid that much attention - which is my downfall here

Here's a pic of the underside (its the only one i have presently. I will take more for you later if you want them)

I've got a question too, are all the B-2's built differently ?

Because the detail in that bomb bay doesn't look like this below.

Madhatter,

Thanks for that, it does answer my question.  They don't show the APU's though they do appear to have the structure on the inboard walls of the main landing gear bays that supports the fire walls around them.

Kitnut617,
No they should all be to the same standard build since there are not that many of them.  I know for certain the first three are quite similar.

There are quote a few details missing from this kit in regards to the intetnals but you do get 4 engines. Small consolation i know but still better than the sci-fi effort from testors

For what it's worth, I understand, not having built mine yet, that the Testor's kit goes together about as well as B-2A No.1 did (Northrop and Boeing had some "discussions" over that one).  The earlier "B-2" kits out there are still more science-fiction, but suitable for whif fodder.

Kit, over at What-if forum had some choice words about the Testor's kit's fit.  Some very choice words...

It's funny Brian, I've built a Testors B-2 (the one that actually looks like a B-2) and I just don't remember the problems that everyone else is reporting.

Let's just say there were some very choice words said during the assembly of B-2 #1, also.

Over on Aeroscale, there's an announcement that really caught my interest:

1/48 A-12 Avenger II.

If/when it happens, I'll be getting one for Ye Olde Stash.
