Not much out there for Dash 7 kits. There was a 1/144 solid resin kit of the DHC-7 which, AFAIK, all came from the same moulds. Those older kits are listed as made by Sasquatch, CBS Models, or ATP/Airliners America. Here's a built version:

A better choice in 1/144 would be Welsh Models' SL 241 P - a mixed vacuform and resin kit.

In 1/72, Space Models Ltd did a resin kit ... but those are collectors' items since Space Models tanked in 2009. AFAIK, the only available 1/72 model is a desktop DHC-7 by Atlantic Models Inc:

The example is in Paradise Island markings but Far West is another option.
CanMilAir did decals for the CC-132 (#411) but they aren't currently available:
