Hi all,
I'm assembling this Eduard kit, evolution of a 2008 Kit:

by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr

to make this F6F-5N (Night fighter version) White 21, fitted with an AN/APS-6 radar, deployed aboard the carrier USS Enterprise CV-6 between December 24, 1944 and May 31, 1945 Together with Night Torpedo Squadron 90, Night Fighter Squadron 90 made up Night Air Group 90.
In intensive action over Luzon, Formosa, Tokyo, Iwo Jima, Okinawa and Kyushu, VF(N)-90 claimed 42 enemy planes destroyed, four more damaged or destroyed, and was the second most successful VF(N) squadron in World War II

Whenever I see one of your buikds, I don't know what to be more amazed about: the speed or the quality?  :icon_surprised:

Outstanding work all round.  :-*
Cheers,

It does indeed! Amazing how fast those all-over navy schemes were streaked with exhaust stains. But most modellers over-do that effect. Here, it is perfect!

Well done Rodolfo
