The best of the rest

Hello,
after showing my Marder-tanks, now I show you my fantasy-collection. I build them with rest-parts from my conversion-tanks. Only the star-trek shuttle I buy in the plan to do a tank. It is already a few years.
"Double-action"-tank:
"defender" with patchwork-armour:
"combat/rescue"-tank: In the front "combat", in the rear "rescue"
This is a newer model. MLRS on MAN truck:
And this is a drone, named "Wanderfalke" it was a glider from REVELL.
I hope, you like them,
Didi from germany

great stuff!!! It's very hard to pick a favorite out of all of them.
There are a lot of inspirational ideas there, would to put some of them to use........if I ever clear the backlog of projects I have going on at the moment!

These are great! I think I saw the "Defender" on Modellversium. Great idea! The MAN with MRLS is also a great idea.

Thanks for your interest. Yes, the "defender" is on "Modelversium". And the shuttle, too.
Here are some older models, I build 20-25 years ago.
"taifun" (1991):
"TOW-quattro" (1990):
"eurotank" (1992):
"blizzard" (1989):
"monsun" (1989):
And this Jeep is only a joke from 1980:
greetings,
Didi

That Eurotank is the business. I have intentions on doing a couple similar versions with stock in the stash. Excellent inspiration.

Hi Frank,
The wheels from 1/24 VW Scirocco (AMT) conversion for the rally-version
The chassis from Dodge 1 1/2to (Airfix) 6-wheeler, include the chassis from the 4-wheeler
The cooler-mask is conversion parts from the half-track (Tamiya)

I couldn't agree more! I really like the one with the ball turret up front.
That's some imaginative modeling!

The Blizzard reminds me of a concept drawing that had an ADATS Turret (!!) mounted on a hinged arm. No idea how they planned to keep it stable enough so the laser would stay on target! Yours actually looks far more plausible, right down to the sad face of the gunner tucked inside!

In germany was a real testvehicle with the name "Jagdpanzer Panther". Some different vehicles were built, but no series. I have build one projekt 1992/93. This system was unmanned.

I doubt it was the exact same person - there have been a multitude of these concepts over the years.
