Maybe our 'ship' members might know --
I know there are 1/350 scale F-35C sets available, but what about the F-35B, are there any out there in this scale?

There are a few in 1/285 scale on Shapeways:
https://www.shapeways.com/search?q=f-35 (https://www.shapeways.com/search?q=f-35)
You can contact the makers and ask them if they can rescale their F-35Bs to 1/350. There may be an issue with wing thickness that would make it unprintable, but it's worth asking.
If they are willing to rescale them, you want it printed in the highest resolution available.

Thanks for that Frank3k, I wasn't looking for them myself but a fellow on The Airfix Tribute Forum is building a scratch-built HMS Queen Elizabeth in 1/350th but could only find the F-35C variant to add to it.
I figured someone had to know if they were available in 1/350th scale.

I am not aware of any which is surprising. You are right re the F-35C being available (Orange Hobby).
I too could use some 1/350 F-35Bs.

Was having a look at the link Frank3k, noticed they do 1/700th scale ones so I don't think there would be too much of an issue doing 1/350th
Are there actually any ships done to 1/285 scale ? I was trying to figure out what scale that is, I think it's 1/4"=6'-0"

1/285 is a wargaming miniature "standard", with lots of white metal armor and aircraft (and a few small ships) to go with it. It's annoyingly too far from 1/350 to mix the two without it looking off.
I know that there are 1/700 Shapeways models, but they were probably designed to print at that scale from the start
The problem with rescaling the 1/285 aircraft is that the wings (or other thin features or small details) may fall under Shapeway's minimum printing dimensions when scaled to 1/350. I doubt that a 20% reduction in size will trigger this, but it would depend on the original.
