PEDROSPE small tutorial

This is looking really good!  How do you do the 'hollowing out'?  In the past, I have used a short bladed craft knife to cut out, and pry out the rough shape of the hollow section, then smoothed with a small sanding block. Is this what you do?

A thought:  Greg, how about a special section for tutorials, so they don't all get scattered and lost amongst the  general forum posts!
