the best thing about the old Tamiya Pak 40 figures is the arms with rolled up sleeves. Very hand from time to time
I suspect that much of the early Tamiya 1/35th scale product line was intended for large scale wargaming and not exclusively for the static scale modeler.
I was never a big fan of those hard rubber tyre and star-shaped pressed steel wheels. So finding an alternative wheel set was paramount in making this interesting for me.
Also, I have to say that the most recent MiniArt 7,5cm PaK.40 ammunition sets are a major step above the AFV Club set and definitely makes the Tamiya shells candidates for the recycling bin.
