That combination of Corsair wings with the Mustang fuselage actually looks really good.

It really does!

The Hs 126 component of your assymmetrical twin was also a revelation. Makes for a great low-wing monoplane! It has a bit of a 1930s Fokker vibe to it

With large wing and fixed gear does not look Mustangy.   Does look high altitude recon or research.

All very nice, but I loved that last one.  Perhaps the back of the canopy should have been trimmed, fixed in place, and painted over as the faired-in headrest for the open cockpit that would seem more appropriate for the blue aircraft.

thanks all

an open cockpit would look in line with the classiccal parasol wing aircraft,
but somehow I liked to keep the F82 frame quite untouched, with the mobile canopy from the original kit.
This keeps part of the contrast between the two ingredients  ;)

I think in the real world that engine would pull the wings off that poor little Rufe! Hey but this is whiff world, nice work!

It would be fun to watch given the Pfeil's Daimler-Benz DB 603E-1 engine is some 89% more powerful at takeoff and 56% heavier than the Rufe's Nakajima NK1C Sakae 12 engine.
