Good looking build! How was the kit?

Hey put the A7V and the Stegosaurus together and you have something Sci Fi... ;)

I've never seen that fabled AFV modeled better!
You've got an artist's touch with the weathering.

Thanks Fellas

Not too bad. I had trouble fitting the roof up initially, though I think that was more to do with me than anything to do with the kit. Once the track links were made the tracks went together quite well, just took a while. As the build progressed if felt more fragile than any other build, I felt like I had to be twice as gentle handling it as would any other kit to add more pieces on.

Isn't an A7V just a sci-fi Stegosaurus?

...why didn't the Deutsches Heer move quicker on getting these tanks into service never mind other types before 1918, endless Internet discussions just on this topic. I'd thought they'd directly copy the Renault FT to save time, visualize herds of them crawling over Somme no man's lands during Operation Michael ala WWII panzer groups during Barbarossa - scary! T-34s would had been somewhat better at traversing bomb cratered landscapes, technology was too advanced alas.

Proving you can never have too many Germanic crosses! ;D
