Well the story is simple, rebels set up a new base on Jakku, and for the moment they are equipped only with Sandspeeders...the end  ;D

Revell,1/52 scale, seats from monkey box, seatbelts from tape, gunze acrilic paints and agama patinators...3 days of work.
I think the weathering is a bit exaggerated,so,I will apply a filter to reduce the effect. When you say that is enough is already too much!

That looks rather nice!  ;D

I like how the base colour has settled down (nice touch with those orange patches also) and how the post shading turned out.
How did you go about with the dirt around the air-frame: paint and brush or some pigment(s)?

Cheers,
Niki

Hi Niki,glad you like it.
I used Valejo washes and Agama patinators, then a light coat of Gunze matt varnish.

Nice build! Maybe its the effect of the filter but I really like the extreme weathering :)

Thanks @apophenia  :D
In fact I haven't applied the filter, and probably I'll not do it.
It's the first model with weathering, and I consider it acceptable, although I gotta practice for more realistic effects.
