I notice they used the same "Flight Test Orange" markings that were used on the original F-15 prototypes. I rather hope Hasegawa decides to offer kits of this aircraft.

On April 9, 1964 the DHC-5 Buffalo had its first flight. Initially offered at $1.55M, its amazing performance capabilities made it ideal for tactical airlift operations. A total of 121 aircraft were built, and many remain in active service for cargo, SAR, and humanitarian relief.

By the way Viking now owns the type certificate for the Buffalo. Maybe one day they will re-open the production line.

Nice photos of aerodynamic braking as CAF Voodoo 101063, of 425 SQN, keeps its nose up and uses a drag chute to slow down on the landing roll.
