Seeing that An-124 reminded me of a story told to me by another Commissionaire friend who was directly involved in the story. He said that an An-124 had come to YYC one day to pick up some huge load to take back to Eastern Europe. It was ready to taxi away when my friend was told to go park his truck directly in front of it, as close as he could get to it but so that the pilot could just see him from the cockpit. My friend then said a 'stand-off' began between the pilot and the Airport Manager, and my friend had to park there for a couple of hours, after which the pilot was seen to be leaning out of the cockpit window where he dropped a bag onto the apron. Apparently the airline hadn't paid it's landing fees and the crew had to scrape together the fee with whatever cash they had on board. My friend said he had to count it before he was allowed to move his truck out of the way ---
