Site running slow for me

I’ve a question for anyone more computer inclined than me. Is there a reason why BTS site runs very slowly on my phone and home computer while other sites and apps run just fine? It’s been this way for a long time now. Just hoping someone might have some ideas about it.

I can't see any issues with the site speed - seems fine to me.
