Racing in Japan starting in 1968 - until then t6he most potent sports cars in Japan were Porsche Carerra 6's. This Nissan used a Chevy V8 of 5.4 litres.
This is an early Tamiya kit I suspect. Fit of the body was terrible as you can see. Compare it to the McLaren below.
