I can actually sympathise with the poor sod who did this to an extent.
As a very young Abel Seaman serving on 724Sqn one particular arvo I had to carry out a pre-flight on an A-4 that just had a buddy tank fitted up and the armourers were finishing inspecting the store, hose and basket. I had asked them about any special things to watch out for and did they mind me going ahead with the pre-flight, they said "no" and "no problems".
No problems were encountered during the initial full walk around check/inspection or a "power off" cockpit check ensuring switch positions etc.
So before turning on power to do the last bit of the pre-flight, I asked the "bombheads" if it was ok to switch on, the Petty Officer answered "yes" and so I threw the power switch . . "bang!!!!"  :o and yes we all sprinted in different directions  ;D ;D
What had fired was the guillotine to cut the fuel hose from the buddy store in case of an in-flight emergency, and it cut most of the way through the swaged metal fitting at the base of the refuelling basket as the "bombheads" had almost manually (??? a bit fuzzy here too???) fully retracted the hose and drogue basket.
I had not noticed that some "other" hangar pilot had played with the switches in the buddy store control panel (recently fitted in place of the cockpit radar display) and had actually depressed the "fire" button under it's guard (??? not sure if there was a guard, memories a bit fuzzy there ???), so when ok'ed to power on much to all our shock the guillo fired  :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

Thank you, that looks very familiar.  I suspect I could probably still assign part numbers to a lot of the bits of structure there as well as the assemblies.  Note that, while they don't show that well, there are folding struts holding the lower doors open just as you can see ones holding the upper doors open.  Similarly, you can note just how crammed full the upper nacelle is.

I should point out the oil cooler air scoop on the aft upper door and the fairing behind it.  In 1/72, Hasegawa depicts it correctly, but I don't believe any other V-22 kits do.  TTBOMK, the Italieri 1/48 kit has been updated to include it.  Fore refrence, it is on the outboard side of the nacelle on both sides; the structure being mirrored between them.

Another interesting tidbit, the frame the forward lower door seals against at the front is the forward firewall of the engine compartment.  I even remember the station plane that one is at.

Just saw this RCAF Combat Camera Photo of 401 Sqn CF-18s deployed to Norway. Look at the top of the tail. The aircraft is marked with the 401 Sqn WWII Oversea Sqn identifier YO. Have not noticed these markings before on a 401 Sqn CF-18. This aircraft is 188757 YO-R. (RCAF photo)

Any info on the identity of those F-16s? I have a feeling they are Polish AF. Of course I’m probably wrong.
Just in case anybody in the USAF is reading this, why can’t we get some Vipers as cool as this?!!!!

Yeah, Erickson purchased the certification, design data, and all associated rights from Sikorsky.  I wonder if we will see updated versions with newer engines?

That would be cool. Seems to be an active market for these machines. Do you know if these are rebuilds of aircraft from a boneyard or are they cutting new metal?

There is reference to one new-build, the first S-64E.  Otherwise it appears that all flying Skycranes are either refurb'd/upgraded CH-54A/Bs or civilian S-64A/Bs.

Here is a write up of the CH-54/S-64 History: https://www.militaryfactory.com/aircraft/detail.asp?aircraft_id=715
