Note that according to Copper State the O/400 will be a resin rather than injected polystyrene kit.

The Romfell looks kinda sci-fi. Give it some anti-grav/hover units, a laser and you're good to go.
The Canadian Armoured Car looks tailor-made for those Masterbox 1/35 Gunslinger series "Wild West" figures.

So does the Canadian armored car! Hmmm... now I have ideas. Thanks, Moritz!
-
Gonna have to have at least two of the Autocars. One for the Colt-armed version and one with Vickers MGs.
Sooooo happy this is coming out. Have been collecting info to scratchbuild one and now I don't need to!

Same here! I have a file for cutting out some of the panels from sheet styrene and started on a file for the wheels/suspension. I guess I can finish that and use it elsewhere.

1/35 kit of the Russo Balt Armoured Car, expected to be ready at the end of May:"

Some of these look a lot like the “hillbilly” makeshift armor on gun trucks used in Iraq.

I bet that if I struggle with the free 1/35 paper model of the Jeffery-Poplavko armored car (http://derela.pl/jeffery.htm)... they'll release an injected plastic version just before I finish.

;D ;D
There are a couple of resin kits of the Jeffery-Poplavko available in 1/35th - one from Poland's Lukgraph, the other from Russia's Major Models. But the prices are alarming - €90.85 for the first, the other on eBay with a starting bid of USD 75.00 (€62.82) :o
-
Yeah... I like WWI armored cars, but not enough to spend $100 on one...

This 1/43rd version looks pretty straightforward, it includes the parts in "white" and it's
vector format for easy rescaling.

The model is by Andrey Romanchuk and you have to use the menu on the left of the page,
Landships won't let you link directly. It's listed as "Poplavko Jeffery Armoured Car".

I have that model (as well as his other models). I also have a 1/35 scale free paper model. It's not the models - it's me. I suck at building paper models.

Transfer the patterns to sheet plastic, it works well. ;)

Ehrhardt 1917 Straßenpanzerwagen:

-
Hmm, so steampunk !
-
I suppose it could be...might be more interesting than reality (https://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww1/germany/Ehrhardt_EV4.php)
-
I've seen a number of images of the Ehrhardt EV4 (there were at least 3 iterations of the vehicle - 1915, 1917 & 1918) similar to this;
But what really interests me about this picture are the helmets the Freikorps troops are wearing; the two at the front with the flame-thrower(?) are wearing your regular WW1 German stahlhelm; the four behind them are wearing stahlhem without the usual peak over the eyes, & they appear to have been made that way.
Anyone have any info? ???
-
I think they might have been the helmets that some "Sturm" troops had which had visors attached ? I think they were worn when "body armour" was worn ?
Seem to recollect seeing them at the IWM in London as a kid, when it was still a museum rather than a "visual" experience
-
OK, thanks, Chris! Looks like I found it! :D

German M-1916 Turkish Pattern, obviously the ones in the photo didn't make it to their intended destination.
-
Ah, of course the requirement for Turkish headgear to have no "visor" or peak.

Change wheels to modern like on Stryker and such. Bushmaster 25mm. 50 or 30 cal MGs. TOW launcher?
Add reactive armor blocks. Couple antennas. Night vision devices. Smoke launchers. Sure there is more....

Or scream like a boy...
I think you will find that while the horses would sometimes have gotten spooked, they were 'war horses' and would have been somewhat accustomed to the sound etc.
-
pedals & a chain drive to the wheels = Self-Propelled Gun !! ;D
Add a bicycle or motorbike rear end ?
