Excellent model

Those drums on the front wheels are for winching out of bogs - often seen on UK military trucks.

I'm glad that what I put together seems realistic enough for those of you with "field" experience to identify their use. I just guessed at their purpose and position based on one picture.

I also skipped the rear fenders; they look interesting on the real vehicle, but not that interesting on the model.

Spent the last three days painting the NATO camo scheme on this Dragon 1/35 M1A1HA Baghdad kit. The black primer is Krylon spray can. The masking putty is Blu-Tack. The tan parts are from Meng.

I used Tamiya NATO green, brown and black for the camo. There are some areas I need to touch up.

Stunning! I concur with the Captain Scarlet/Thunderbirds-esque look and what a beautiful result.  Could easily be a RW vehicle - awesome!  :-* 8)

Remembering the old AA telephone boxes (ther’s still one on the Dava Moor about 7 miles from our house) and the old AA commercials, I could most definitely see the AA Air Patrols being a thing and the look of the Mosquito is exquisite!  :-*

The Greendale postal Harrier (PAT 2) almost had me choking on my morning cuppa - brilliant…  ;D
