Hi all,

It took me quite some time (6 months) before I could stay focused long enough to finish a kit (I started 8 in the meantime ^^) and this kit wasn't an easy one (really short run!). This is the An-14 Eastern Express, with left over A-109K decals from revell. Hope you'll like it :)

and now a family pick with his cousin AN-28

that's it for now, i'll try and finish another kit this year ;)

cheers for now
Julian

Awesome camouflage, hard edge on one side and feathered edge on the other!  :)

Mig 1.44
« Reply #9 on: January 19, 2013, 08:33:05 AM »
and here is the mig 1.44, first finished model of 2013. A quick recap: Zvezda Kit, Neomega Cockpit, Aires nozzels, Albatros decals, Gunze Revell and Lifecolor paints, and last but not least Alclad varnish. And now some pictures.

I don't know about you, but I prefer those old (and short lived) ukraine roundels.

And now family pictures of the entire projects, inclusive the finished and the future ones ^^

And that is it for this first kit of 2013, and see you not too soon (I know myself and how hard it is for me to stay focussed) for the next kit ^^
cheers
Julian

I like how well thought-out that cam scheme is; how you've matched the edges of the different colours. Its a small detail that has a great impact.

And here we have it folks!! A second finished kit in the same month (don't get used to it ^^). Airifx kit with PJ Pilots and some custom made decals :) Hope you'll like it, and I recommend the kit that turns into a fun nerves calming build!!

I'm of to find a new started model kit that could use a coat of paint, the airbrush is warmed up ^^

cheers
