That is a fantastic Lama 8) 8)
Just how fast a build does "urgent" require?

When the requesting party asks how much would xxx cost.. and how much to have it done by next Friday because the intended recipient is retiring and this is part of his send-off...

...and they said please !  ;)

Very nice!

For an "urgent" request, I'd hope they'd include a bottle of your preferred spirit in compensation for your  time, skills and effort.

Great work there!  That is some mighty fine speed building, and it sure turned out nice.  Thanks for sharing it.
Best regards,

Looks great - does it come with those net frames on the side or did you add those yourself?

No it doesn't come with the nets. You can see from the second pic taken during assembly where I've added a plastic rod frame ( also lengthened the skids to make it more Lama-like) and the net is just some suitable material I scored whilst grocery shopping.

Thanks for the kind words guys.  :)

What can I say that hasn't already been said?  That's exquisitely gorgeous work and all the more impressive for being done to meet a tight deadline.

Great model! :-*
(And that provides me with great memories too: I built a Heller 1/50 Lama in the 1970s in Toulouse, being 12 years old?, and I was very proud of it, but... the painting is a terrific job here, with little parts all surrounded by transparent everywhere... If I remind well - I had no camera yet - mine was not painted just built. Congratulations to you!)
((In 1979 after falling down from a cliff in the mountain, I've been transported to Briançon hospital by a Lama too, of  Sécurité Civile, this is a less pleasant memory))

Y'kow looking at the thread title, it would be kind of amusing to paint one in some kind of Bhuddist colour scheme and have a little bald guy in orange robes getting out of it.... >:D
