Ultimate noob question ....
Been going through my Tamiya Photo-etched saws at an alarming rate :-X
keep on bending them ... and then chucking them in the bin...
how should these finicky saws be handled ? gentle pressure ?
thanks in advance

Is it (the saw blade) the right tool for the task?
What are you cutting that is causing blade failure?
Maybe the choice of tool for the task is incorrect?

You don't want to put alot of force on them - they're designed to cut just fine with minimal force.
Flory Models has some great videos:

cheers for the videos.
what I'm aiming for is to finely and precisely cut styrene.
have tried other methods with not much success.
