took me a while, but i finally finished this one.
this is an Airbus CC-165T Manitoba (Airbus A330-MRTT) of the Royal Canadian Air Force.
3 of these replaced the older A310 (CC-150T Polaris) tanker/transports in 2030, these are 3-point Hose & Drogue tankers in a similar configuration to the RAF's Voyager KC.3's.
the kit is a converted Revell 1/144 Airbus A340, cut down to A330-200 length with scratchbuilt tanker modifications.
decals are from the stenciling of the kit and markings are DIY.
this model is just a conversion prototype, im planning another A330-MRTT (converted from an A330-300 kit) in Belgian markings in the near future.

Great concept. The Luftwaffe want A330 MRTTs too. Maybe Canada and Germany do a combined project swapping A310 MRTT gear into used A330?
BTW, the '165' number has been used in the 'Real World' to designate the CU-165 ScanEagle Small UAV. But I love the Manitoba name ... harkening back to the Canadair CC-106 Yukon :)

Like your build and your Air Force of choice. Manitoba is good name. Much better than Saskatchewan. :)
