Feel free to post your build plans, strategy, the kit(s) you will be using and any other cool or pertinent stuff you feel like sharing before getting started.

Frank3k:
I'm starting with the Revell First Order Special Forces Tie Fighter. Not much of a plan other than squeeze parts together and pray to Saint Amigdala that my Mitocondria are up to the task:

;D ;D ;D May the Mitochondria be with you!

Frank3k:
Done. This was not a fun build.

The Farce was definitely with Revell - they should borrow a kit or two from Bandai to see how to make properly fitting snap-tite kits. Many parts had poor fit (I had to glue a couple) and almost all have visible seams. The details and painting isn't great either. Oh well, it takes less space built up and I think the wings will make a good model base - a space port launch site or something. I would have been pissed if I'd paid the original $35 for this! No wonder it was on deep discount.

Here's Kylo Renfaire inspecting this POS:

I feel like building a Miniart 1/35 T-55 with full interior just to cleanse my palate.

Someone on Armorama did a great job - they set it in a WWII jungle scene.

Brian da Basher:
That's great Frank and a fine way to kick things off!

I especially like the figure you added in the last shot.

I saw a similar Tie Fighter in the Jungle diorama. This one was done like one of those crashed W.W. II relics, covered with foliage.

Your "showroom new" version is very well done!
