We announced the conversion to let people know that it is development, when there was an upsurge in interest at the beginning of the year. The conversion design was just about finished, when this sudden interest developed and a lot more photos appears, meaning that we could add much more detail (correct wheel pattern, undercarriage detail, internal detail for the wheel wells, etc.). A a result I am redesigning a lot of the earlier design, which takes time, but I would far rather delay production and make it as detailed and accurate as possible.
