How to glue metal

Hi people:

What is, in your opinión, the best product to glue 2 pieces of metal with a good flat contact Surface?
I need something strong. Cement, glue, two sides adhesive tape, ...

Superglue is adequate for most small purposes.  If you want real strength, then I'd commend epoxy-resin.
