What did you use for your EO turret?  It sort of looks like a 1:35th scale naval gun turret of some kind. 
It's actually an old 1/72 TBF Avenger turret modified. It's not quite finished yet.

Fantastic work on that 103! It is one of my favorite modern AFVs.

I specialy like the rear.


You gave my some ideas for my very old 1/48 Academy kit  ;)

So, I've gotten some work done on my STRV 103 Recce over Christmas. She's a little monochromatic at the moment, but some weathering will bring it to life.

Well, it's going slowly. Work has been a b!tch and I'm packing and renovating to sell and move. That said I'm doing some detail painting and starting the weathering. So progressing, but slowly. oh so slowly. :)
