A former colleague used to PM mega yatchs for the rich and secretive.  He showed us one of his photo albums on one occasion, this particular vessel had a stainless steel bow specifically so it would never suffer the rust stains seen where anchors damage the paint on other ships.

It looks like what it is, an actual steam powered yacht, no Steampunk silliness required.
Plus remember Steampunk adds purposeless gears and various "brass" constructions that
flat out wouldn't work and be heavier than if made of steel or iron.

It would be interesting to see a pic of Delphine's bridge before modernization.
