Xact Scale Models has announced two new model subjects in 1:35th scale that should make some people very happy.

Release of the T-80U seems imminent. Hobby Search has posted the instructions (LINK). Looks like a fantastically detailed kit.
Okay, now we've got a great T-55 from Tamiya (where's the T-55M, though?), T-62s and T-64s from Trumpeter, T-80 from Xact and T-90 from Zvezda and Meng. Only thing missing is a new T-72 series!

Next in line is a T-84 Oplot-M, an Ukrainian development of the T-80. Cool stuff!  :)
