First produced in this size!
Available in limited quantity.
Produce an one model per day.

Model size: 1018x958 mm
That's MODELSVIT 1:72 scale Antonov An-124 Ruslan.

This kit contains 41  frames. The model kit consists of 7 glassfiber parts of hull, small plastic and clear parts, metal tubes, decals.

Some time ago Evan had put me on to an outfit called HeavyKits, the owner was putting his moulds for the 1/72 Hughes Hercules he had up for sale (he sold about 25 of them). He was associated with Aircraft in Miniature so had a franchise so to speak for selling AiM stuff in the USA.  I nearly bought the moulds from him but someone advised me not to as they were all 'male' moulds and the asking price was too much (plus the fact A Model had announced they were doing one).  But while chatting with the owner about buying the moulds, he told me he had some moulds done for an An-124 and the An-225 in 1/72 to go too. But only the fuselage moulds were complete ------

Certainly not a model for the faint of heart or for anyone on a budget.  This thing is huge and and quite expensive.

Set include:

496 plastic parts
30 sprue
3 decals (sticker) for 2 variants of paint (Le Bourget ¹ 77102 and Monino ¹ 77106)
4 frame made of transparent plastic
scheme to paint the model
detailed instruction in Russian and English languages


It ain't cheap though!!!  I am still interested though... :-\

Sweet Tester!!  Do they have multiple pieces for each passenger seat?  That should be quite the model when finally built up.
