The maximum cargo payload of the commercial L-1049D could carry 36,916 lbs (16,745 kg) payload Max payload

I took that as my maximum effort war load for the B-30. I measured out my bombs by dimensions and split them between 2 bomb bays. I made the forward bay just large enough to carry the T10 Tallboy bomb.
When I did my math wrong, I figured I could cram in twice as many 500 and thousand pound bombs if I used the middle of the bay but that would make it far too heavy to even take off.

4,940 mi (7,950 km, 4,290 nmi) with 19,500 lb (8,845 kg) payload
6,180 mi (5,370 nmi; 9,946 km) with 8,000 lb (3,629 kg) payload

64 x 500 pound 32,000 pound load

I wanted to make something similar to the OH-6 but not obviously so. I took a Aloutte 2 and modified it by quite a bit. The colors and emblem are from the 1st Air Commando Group.
