Werner's Wings has a number of rotary wing aircraft accessories and conversions available in several scales. 

The most recent release from Werner's Wings is the 1/32nd scale UH-72 (EC-145) MEDEVAC converision set (32-04) in resin for the Revell Germany EC-145 kit.
