Pod Racer Messerschmitt 262

My wife ordered a Pod Racer build from a Me 262 ,  here it is ….
Cockpit and wings moved back to the tail,  pilot bay is open , the engines are fixed with magnets and a construction made from tyres and two drop tanks .  Can be turned around very smooth .

I am very interested in the RULES and specifications of a pod Racer ... We tought it MUST have a open Cockpit .

Interesting new kit-bash subject realm.   Open cockpit makes sense.
Should have to fly in ground effect ?     Not be full airplanes ?
