What's that small airliner with one engine in the nose? I'll think of it an hour from now.
I wouldn't have thought of three engines myself but its growing on me.

Hmmm...
What I was thinking of was more like a Dash-8 or smaller with a honk'n big turbo in the nose. Maybe just my imagination or my old fart brain thinking weird again. Could become an interesting whiff some day.

You may be thinking of the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan.

208 Caravan on left, 208B Grand Caravan to the right.

Soloy tried to develop/market a twin-engine version as the Pathfinder 21.

Then, of course, there was the Ayres LM200 Loadmaster.

Well, I have just got this one over the line.

I decided to go back to a two-engine config, here is is being decaled and nearing completion

Some weapons

And finished in a Seek and Strike mission configuration armed with AIM 9s (self defence), AGM88 HARMS (SEAD), and MK46 torpedos (ship strike/anti-submarine warfare)

A most excellent model Ray.   :smiley:
Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Well, if he's really nice, it'll be at the SAPMA Scale Model Expo this year, so I can see it in person. ;)

I promise to bring along some other whifs, so it doesn't feel lonely! :smiley:
