Title: Allied Coastal Forces Vol. III is still in work

The long delayed third volume of the series covering Higgins PTs and British Power Boats designs, continues to be
worked on by Al Ross. The first two volumes were coauthoured by Al and John Lambert, unfortunately John died
before the work was completed, but Al kept going.
