There is someone just down the road from where I live that has a retired ambulance that he is using for a mobile coffee shop. At the moment it is set up and parked next to a Circle K (aka Shop-n-Rob) closer in to town. Great idea for finding a new purpose on older work vehicles.

Styrene kit wise you are probably not going to find anything! The closest would be the old AMT 1/25 RESCUE 911 kit. THis of course is their standard Chevy or Ford Van with light bars.
