It's a bomb/kill tally and "saint" symbol,  it should look like this..........

Obviously I had nothing in the decal stash remotely like it, so I reproduced it on water slide decal sheet with a fine brush and acrylic paint. I will admit it's a  bit bigger than the original and a little crude, but it's the best I could do after a night of multiple attempts and much frustration.
