Looks like it has a scaled down B-2 wing. Has fixed landing gear.

This text accompanied the photo:

Scaled is proud to announce that this morning was the first flight of our newest experimental aircraft, Model 401!

The aircraft that took flight today is the first of a pair of vehicles built to demonstrate advanced, low-cost manufacturing techniques and provide aircraft for research flight services. The two vehicles were designed to be identical in outer mold line and performance, with each aircraft powered by a single Pratt & Whitney JTD-15D-5D engine with 3045 lbs. of thrust. The vehicles are capable of flying Mach 0.6 with a service ceiling of 30,000 feet and have a wingspan of 38 feet and are 38 feet long. They have an empty weight of 4,000 pounds and a maximum take-off weight of 8,000 pounds with an endurance of up to three hours.

Aaron Cassebeer, Project Engineer said, “This is such an exciting time for us. Scaled is at the forefront of experimental aircraft development and I am fortunate enough to have a front row seat.” He went on to say this about the mission, “Today was a great day for our test team. We had a great flight and we are looking forward to the future test program.”

This successful first flight is the beginning of the flight test phase for vehicle number 1. We plan to continue envelope expansion on the first aircraft as we move toward first flight of the second Model 401 vehicle.

Wing looks more like that of the B-21 or the pre-1984 B-2 design than the present B-2.  Still, some very interesting features and certain aspects definitely seem designed for low observables. If you really want a simple low observable exhaust, I understand that the ATF3-6, while being a right PITA to install, yields a very cool exhaust.

To me, it looks like a manned version of the General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Avenger UAV:

Blue Flag is the largest ever aerial exercise in Israel.

Gathering more than 100 aircraft from 8 countries, Exercise Blue Flag 2017, underway at Ovda, in Israel, is the biggest exercise ever organized by the Israeli Air Force. Combat planes from the United States, Greece, Poland, France, Germany, India, Italy and Israel are taking part in the drills.

As the Polska Zbrojna outlet reports, Poland has sent six F-16 jets and 120 soldiers to participate in the operation. Starting from Nov. 2. the Polish pilots were involved in briefings, with the first missions scheduled for the subsequent weekend.

The exercise involves large multinational flight-groups with a variety of aircraft types in a classic COMAO scenario. The Polish pilots are stating that the experiences gathered during the operation would be invaluable, with the flights taking place over the whole territory of Israel, over the deserts, the sea, at night and during the day.
One of the issues that the pilots need to get ready for is the fact that the air over the operational theater in Israel would by much more dusty, with a possible impact on operation of the sensors, as one of the Polish pilots, Col. Przemysław Struj, said within his statement for Polska Zbrojna.

Nonetheless the experience is not be entirely new for the Polish crews as the Polish F-16 aircraft have already taken part in a Blue Flag exercise in the past and have supported Operation Inherent Resolve, the US-led air war on ISIS, from Kuwait. However, for some of the pilots the Blue Flag operation will be a first-time flying over the desert. The scenario also assumes usage of means of electronic warfare.

Night ops in full afterburner are always dramatic; I've seen shots of an F-15 taking off at sunset in full burner and they are gorgeous images.  The really spectacular pictures are of the J-58 doing a night run in the outdoor test stand at P&W's Florida facility.
