Natural Resources Canada just recorded a major seismic event near Brisbane, Australia.

Source is still unknown but I if look at the time of Greg's post and the time of the event, I see a correlation.

The data also indicates that it came in 1/32 and 1/48 intervals.

The Tu-128 interests me most.  Chinese perhaps?  Communist Canadian perhaps?

Be interesting to see if someone brings out conversions for all the various "odds and mods" on the Learjet 35/36.

Perhaps fitted with boosted AIM-54 missiles for longer engagement ranges?  A booster stage should give it quite a range.  Alternatively, reconfiguring it as a missile with an integral rocket-ramjet engine could work, too.

Or AAM-N-10 Eagle whichh looks a little like the AA-5s normally carried.

Another option might be a RAF one as a interceptor developed under Operational Requirement F.155

I could go with those for a US aircraft.  Perhaps done as a shore-based interceptor for the USN?

The Tu-128 is big enough to carry four Red Hebes; that would be an impressive loadout.

That Fiddler would make a good sized bomber. Lots of places for load carrying pylons.
