I'm surprised nobody has done any Soviet stuff as they were likely going to be on Hokkaido
before Olympic - the Kyushu invasion which was scheduled for Nov. 1, 1945.

The invasion of Honshu, Operation Coronet, was scheduled for March 1, 1946.

The Yak-15 and Mig-9 would have been available in early 1946, either to support the Allies or oppose them...
