Well I'm in on this one, I'm going to see if I can get this finished in the allotted time   :P  it's an Airbus A310/A400 hybrid for rough field airfields.  Got thinking about it when I went up north and went into a private gravel airstrip in a 737.  In 1/72 scale --

Would a Willy's Jeep in non-military use qualify?

You will need to ask the Moderator of the GB...

Of course, any military vehicle, real or fictional, in civil use qualifies.

Hell, howabout an Aliens APC as an airport tractor? ;)

I am leaning towards a Space Exploration vehicle, say Mars or one of the Moons of Jupiter.

Hopefully that is non military enough. ;D

I have to do some non-modelling stuff in the near future, so it depends on start/finish times etc.

What I most want to do is a Skyvan on skis in British Antarctic Survey markings, with a hybrid passenger/cargo interior. Got the kit, got the markings, got the skis (Revellobox Twotter).

Other things?

Oxfam Rotodyne (I got the Revell kit from Oxfam at a cheap price so I've always said I'll do it in their colours).

B-17 Flying Fortean (modified for investigating anomalous phenomena)

1950's Rocket ship passenger liner made from a scaleorama'd V-2

The Old Tomcat (F-14 warbird sponsored by my local brewery)

Loads of other stuff..........

A couple days ago I started working on a 1/72 P-51D.  My (very flexible) plan was to "back-date" it to a mid thirties fighter.  Got the major construction done (with no thought toward armament yet) and decided (inexplicably) to paint it gloss blue.  Now it is a sport/aerobatic aircraft.  Even though I already started, can it be in the GB?

Me as a spectator can't see why not, either.  ;D

Those are cool. I wonder if they'll have "Humveeneys" or MRAPneys" in the future.

My childhood fascination with RVs made me think of a Jeep/Jeepney-based RV......

And I'm by no mean the first one to think of that......  Maybe tactical trucks and Humvees, too.
