Israel M60A1 with some french bits, includind GIAT guns, 105mm and 120mm

Not that far removed from real world.  GIAT did have a concept to rearm the Patton with their 105mm gun as an upgrade to the M47 and M48 Patton tanks.

I can't see a lot of benefit with using the GIAT 105mm gun over the L7. The 120, yes, but not the 105.

What about converting ageing Pattons into state-of-the-art IFVs?

Seems to me that a factory setting (with those MINIART interiors) would work for any tank that suits one's fancy.

M26 Pershing tanks under production at GM Grand Blanc Tank Plant in Michigan with the Sherman production line in the background, 1945.

Nitpick:  Italy didn't actually use the Leonardo M60A3 SLEP (as I believe you have drawn) in service.  In fact, no-one uses it as far as I understand.  Therefore, it might be a tad difficult for Italy to give them to Ukraine.

Not sure it fits here... Feels Patton-ish somehow, even though with an Abrams twist. Like someone was supposed to build an M60, but was handed an M1 kit to do it.
Turret like this might work for M48 or M60 upgrades. Just move the commanders cupola back and to the side.

Might even work with a T-62 hull. G.I.Joe movie shot in Eastern Europe with a T-62 VISMOD?  ;D
Cheers,
Moritz

Has a bit of an M-60A2 "Starship" look with that gun.

New tricks for an old dog?:

Defense Express > Weapons & Technology > Turkish MZK Modular Turret: Enhancing the M60A3 Tank’s Combat Capabilities - Sofiia Syngaivska, 20230616

A little bit different from the usual upgrade program where the contractor attempts to utilize the existing turret.  In this case the turret is entirely new and presents a new look for the Patton series tanks.

Does the M60 have a Hero hatch? Because that driver isn't getting out if the turret is facing forward - or he'll have to be a small contortionist.

Gives me ideas for a similar treatment for the M41.
