Wow Real time imaging and stash raiding.  ;D

I stand corrected, I don't have the Blue Water pylons. Just plane old fashion boring pylons.  :-[

As the AV-8B drop tanks, those are BIG. So what kits don't you have in your stash?  ;D

BTW I found your original build thread here:

Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

As you can see, not much done to it for over three years (it sits in the box on a shelf in my office so I see it every day   :-[ :-X ).  I've got three TSR2's in the stash, this one in the process, one was to be 'as was', and the third one in a Canadian scheme.  But plans have changed a bit since then and I'll probably need a couple more sometime in the future.

I've got a plan to do this to one of them, top two pics.  Then TSRjoe said that there was an actual study for something like that and sent me (or posted on a forum) the bottom pic. (I think it was TSRjoe who sent me the pic)

Tonka newbie question: What is the difference between the Hinderburg tanks and the ones that ship with the complete kits?

I believe that the Hinderburg tanks are 600 Gal. whereas the standard tanks are 400 Gal --- I think !!!  But it could be the standard tank is a 300 Gal and the Hinderburg tanks are 400 Gal.  Someone though, is sure to give us a correct number   ;D  The Airfix F.3 comes with the Hinderburg tanks, whereas the GR.1 and GR.4 Airfix kits come with the standard tanks.  At least the boxings I have of them that's the way they are.

5th FIS Spittin' Kittens out of Minot AFB, but rather than the Aircraft Grey of the F-106, have it in NMF and the wide yellow lightning bolt filling most of the tail.   Could it carry in theory the Phoenix for the US market?

Perhaps it has been mentioned elsewhere, but use the USAF Arctic scheme and have a thin yellow cheat line separate the red and metal.

Hindenburger tanks are 2250lt = 494.931 Gallons,

are Standard tanks 1500lt = 329.953 Gallons.

in the 3 years I worked on Tornado's, I never heard the 2250's refered to as 'Hindenburgers', we just called them 2250's.
