Somewhat late to the party.. but I am in !
Backstory
From the end of WWII, much of the German Technology became available to Britain. Some of this triggered further research and led to some ground breaking discoveries, some successful, some.... not so much
The Longbow Anti Tank Missile vehicle was a "not so much"
The first generation missiles were slow, heavy and short ranged, but they did provide lots of great experience. Some of the early missiles were mounted on older chassis such as Achilles SP gun chassis to explore the SP ATGW concept.
The experience proved that they were vulnerable and could not carry enough reloads, but nonetheless, they were thrown at the Russians and the when used successfully the Missile could easily take out the JS-III and early T-44 series tanks.

I had an old "not so accurate Academy Achilles that had been ratted for some bits, so this build seemed perfect to be used as a chassis.
The turret would probably be clunky, but still allow for under armour reloads, even the the vehicle could probably only carry 4 reloads.
So some card work produced a reasonably suitable turret, but more details for flesh out such as some up armouring and working out how exactly to guide these things.

Off to a good start
-
That looks spot on - just the sort of half-misguided thing they came up with in the early days of ATGWs.
-
Very intelligent idea! :)
-
Waiting to see how this one comes along! :)
-
Nice, very nice indeed !! :)
-
this has gone about as far as it is going to build wise.

Great build, look forward to the paint. :) :)

Anything with an auxiliary turret gets a thumbs up from me! ;) ( I kinda think it needs grab handles on the main turret sides, but if'n you sez its done, its done. ) Looking forward to seeing the paint.

Not that done.. you raise a good point.
Fixed in the next release

A great idea for the use of the thin armored TD. The MG turret is a great touch.

So this is it then.
I tried a finish technique on this as detailed by a modelling buddy around using all acrylic Jo Sonja type paints for washes etc.. meh compares to my usual thinned oil paint.. not so sure.
But here it is

I really was a bit of a slacker on this build, I did not put in the amount of detail that I could have, but as a concept it sort of worked.
But if nothing else it got the modelling mojo back up and running

A very cool build, great concept and idea. The weathering looks good too.

Looks good to me! :)

Looks great, and a great idea. As usual, your figure looks top notch.
