Put anything related to containers and logistics in this topic. Stuff like ammunition boxes, ration cases, and shipping crates.
To start it off on the right track. I found this on another forum. It is a web site devoted to boxes and crates in 1/1 (1:1) scale for the very serious role playing gamers or period reenactors. It is called Liberty Crate Company (http://libertycrateco.tripod.com/) and have a nice selection of period subjects of the WW2 era including reproduction grenades and other things besides the ammunition crates and boxes.
One example from their product line is this ammunition crate for 1200 rounds of .30 caliber Browning Machine Gun ammunition.
