Some see monitor stands..  I see something else.



Half an hour to print up some nobbly bits, twenty minutes to adhere, paint and apply bling.

....I have no idea why so don't ask.

Dunno - but I procured it from this lady's desk when she was busy crashing platters.


..but seriously, probably some Asian copy of a DEC product from the first decade of my three decade tenure with Fujitsu. We threw out pallet loads of equipment on a weekly basis and I usually scavenged for what I considered modelworthy bits which I would squirrel away for future projects.

I procured some PS microphone stands that when glued together made a nice ST saucer section. Old copiers and computers have all sorts of good bits.
