Their sf stuff is, but a lot of the rest of their stuff isn't.  There are some useful items shown.  I definitely have a use in mind for that 1/48 late-model MiG-21 update set.

Black Dog has some new products available in a variety of scales:

Link to the page listing 1:700 scale accessories for ship modelers

According to PMMS, Black Dog has announced several new female figures in 1:35th scale.  Sadly, these figures were not found on the what's new page at Black Dog.  :(
However, for those interested in this item, these are listed as:

Israeli Woman Soldier No1 (F35089)
Israeli Woman Soldier No2 (F35090)
Israeli Woman Soldier Set (F35091) (contains both No1 and No2 figures as a set)

Israeli Weapons TAR-21 TAVOR (F35092) contains six types of TAR-21 TAVOR rifles outfitted with a variety of optics and other accessories such as sound suppressors and grenade launchers.

The other items that might be of interest to our UK modelers is the FN-FAL + Backpacks Falkland War (F35093) which contains the following major items:

2 X Bergen style rucksacks with sleeping pad
2 X Bergen style rucksacks with sleeping pad and M72 LAW
2X FN-FAL with iron sights
2X FN-FAL with telescopic sight
2X FN-FAL with CQB combat optics
2X M72 LAW
4X Large pouches
4X Small pouches
4X Canteens

Hopefully Black Dog will update their web page soon to show these new items.

Their Israeli M113 with the 60mm HVSS turret is interesting!

Comes as no surprise Greg, it is a 1:72nd scale kit :)

Verlinden used to offer that turret as a resin conversion with some PE bits but I am unsure if it is still in production at this time.  I used to have a two of the things myself but lost interest in IDF things and disposed of them to Zod a couple of years back.

That turret would be nice on a Sheridan, scorpion or LAV

A bit small for a Sheridan but Scorpion or LAV would be a good match

Love the nitpicking comments from Trisaw, he's looking at photos of the smaller Flyer 60 and
stating that the Black Dog kit of the Flyer 72 doesn't look right.

I think the seminal 1987 motion picture "Predator" has answered that question adequately.

That is a very nice-looking kit!

Looks like one of the rare XM214  5.56x45mm miniguns to me.  What you don't see is the batteries required to spin the barrels (which Arnie hid by having the cable run up inside his trouser leg IIRC in Predator II), nor do you see how many rounds there are in the ammunition box on the ground.  The Miniguns were prodigious users of ammunition (2-6,000 RPM).

I was just wondering if a person could hold and fire the gun Brian, I realize there's all the other stuff that would need to go along with it. It just seemed to me there would be a tremendous amount of 'kick-back' when fired that a person couldn't counter it, other videos of a slightly bigger one being fired on a stand would support that thought, people had a hard job just stopping the thing from moving side to side.

I think it can be done, as long as you don't try long bursts or get a "runaway gun" situation.   In the movies (Predator/Terminator) they have a strong man carrying the gun and firing it.   That lady is a little on the light side to use it properly IMHO.   As long as they keep it pointed down range, it should be safe enough.
