Starlet Wars - Jimbo Fakk Sleuth One

Jimbo Fakk was a legendary beauty hunter from the Kaioose galaxy, and a part-time adult movie stars manager.

He would relentlessly roam the entire galaxy in order to cast wannabe starlets.

Sometimes things would get ugly and he would have to leave in a hurry.

For that he used a Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft, that he named "Sleuth One"
with several custom made modifications, such as an extra-large backseat and a stainless steel pole.

And an humble and poorly grammatically assembled limmerick to remember him by...

There was once a man from Kaioose
Who'd caught pretty girls with an excuse
And the moment they would try to run
Is was for him indeed the most fun
And the backseat would surely be used

And some photos....

Thanks for watching!

Surely limmericking in English is not one of my strong points, but it was an excellent exercise :)

Some recognizable and not so recognizable parts make a fine Jimbo Fakk Sleuth One space ship.

WOW! Was Jimbo a cousin of Boba?
Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Looks good but it needs more "bling" ... make that, "BLING" ... given Jimbo's chosen career path. ;)

Hi folks!

Thanks for the comments!

But this craft it is not painted yet!!!
The current coloring is the original factory painting, since this is the Revell snap-on pre-painted easy kit.
...with the engine cowlings of a 1/72 B-26 and some tank wheels of long forgotten origin.

As Mr Wombat so accurately pointed out, the final paint scheme will have a definite more BLINGY look to it :)

Regarding Jimbo personal history, after many many years of being told by half galaxy to go screw himself,
he finally took it literally, and produced a cloned offspring which he named Bamba Fakk.

Thanks for watching!

It is looking great this one.

Maybe Mr Jimbo had a copy of Robert A. Heinlein's "All You Zombies" drop through a wormhole to that universe ....
Were going to be finished in 2020 BEFORE I start any da*!#d new ones - Maybe When Hell Freezes Over - again? - CF-IDS Wolverine; Douglas Mawson; Bubba Wants a Fishin' Rig; NA F-100

Against the Wall - Maton Dreadnought; Fender Telecaster; Epiphone Les Paul Stud

Indeed he had!

Heinlein is my all-time favourite Sci-fi writer. I have all his books.
One day I will have to read them all over again. One day....

In the meanwhile Mr. Jimbo's ship painting phase has finally begun, after all this time!

Not a big advance, but one step forward nonetheless.

Thanks for watching!

And a few month later, allow me to present the Space Salamander.

Or, as is it better known in scientific circles, the Triple S (Spatium Salamadra Salamandra).

I bet George Lucas never saw that coming! :)
