LF: Ford Tri-motor arctic figures
« on: August 22, 2014, 03:28:36 AM »
Question: has anybody built the Revell/Monogram box-scale (1/78th) Ford Trimotor in airliner or other non-arctic colours? If so, you should have some spare arctic figures: two guys in parkas, a sledge and three dogs, because the kit was originally tooled to represent the plane used on Admiral Bird's expedition to the South Pole.

If you have these and don't want them, I'd like to buy/swap for them: please PM me and we'll sort something out.

Cheers.

Hi Joe, thanks for looking. I don't know about other kits but I'll have a look.

The Elhiem and Khurasan are inappropriate unfortunately, since they're all armed and I want realistic explorer/scientist/civilian types. The Khurasan ones are also too small.
