For this GB, I will not draw (like usual) special P-38 and P-51, as these UAV have been done years ago in my collection. But I may do the same with Mirages:
-
Of course, there were twin-jet Zwilling derivatives, both symmetric and asymmetric:
-
-
Thanks!
And, of course, there were asymmetric Spirages that were not Zwilling, like this one:
-
I like asymmetric planes, but you know: I prefer twin-boomers, and one SPirage was belonging to this family. Ordered in 300,000 copies, but alas cancelled:
-
650 copies of Spirage-35 were sold to Sweden:
-
For Christmas, I consider asking for a Novo Mirage IIIE/O, in order to build a high wing delta Mirage-5H (intermediate between Mirage-5 and Mirage F-1), but in this family was an unmanned version of course: SPirage-5H:

As I lack room on my shelves, I consider a very little derivative Mirage-5S (Short), impossible to fly (no room for the turbojet) but funny. And there may be an unmanned derivative here: SPirage-5S:
-
The generals here, ignoring how an aircraft fly, were not worried by the lack of turbojet (or any engine) on the SPirage-5S but by its asymmetry. They required to cure that immediately, into the SPirage-6, of which 1,000 copies were ordered. Cancelled fortunately before loosing all this money for nothing.
-
All those Spirages; just spewing them out. Fantastic 8)
-
Thanks a lot for your word "fantastic"! ;)
But "spewing" was an unknown word for me (English is not my mother language). Google translate tells me this is meaning "vomiting". Sorry if my drawings are so bad they make you vomit... :( ??? ;)
EDIT: Before the Spirage-35 contract with Sweden a Spirage-5DD was proposed but the customers answered: "this is not what we call double-delta, sorry"...
-
This one is my favorite, great job.
-
Thanks!
The Belgian Mirage 5 were not coded B but BA/BD/BR, why? Because the B code was belonging to the Biplane Mirage-5. And so was the SPirage-5B:
-
Well just spitting them out like that! You are just fast on those drawings.
-
I understand now, thanks!
It is the principle of vectorial drawing: very easily made, once the basis is constructed, just objects/points to move by drag and drop. The ratio fun/work is a thousand times higher than 3D model making, even if the result (the way I do) is not so great.
-
In Mirage 5F, F was meaning French, but in Spirage 5F, F means Fusée (Rocket):
-
On the opposite, the SPirage 5TS Turbo-Stato-réacteur (turbo-ramjet) had a huge air intake feeding two engines:
-
The first SPirage was an aircraft of the 1970s. Now, drones are much more common but most of them are multicopters. Maybe this is why the SPirage-5 New Generation was a TriCopter:
-
I really like the Tri-Copter, Tophe! I can almost see it flying over my fair city...
Great stuff!

-
Thanks!
It is rather famous that the MiG-21 was a copy of the SPirage-21, but do you know that the Lockheed D-21 was a copy of the Dassault SPirage-21D?
-
As I am going to be murdered by the CIA, I may tell you the whole “Truth”: the Lockheed SR-71 itself was a top-secret copy (without royalties payment) of the MiRage MR-71, and this involved the SPirage 21Z drone… No? Just a dream?
-
We will keep this in multiple (sometimes encrypted) locations in remembrance of you.
-
Thanks, I hope that some of you will survive... ;)
(They said "war is war", cold or hot just the same) :(
-
Those are some fantastic and wonderfully imaginative concepts, mon ami!
I especially like the 21Z!
Don't hesitate to let me know if you need someone to vouch for you with the authorities.
Not that my word would have much influence... :icon_crap:
Great stuff once again, Tophe!

-
Thanks!
And there was a triplex-21D, or double-21Z, aka 71Z:
-
You never fail to take it to the next level, mon ami!

a Spirage-5DD was proposed
double-delta
There were also 2 SPirages with little canard foreplanes: SPirage-C2 & SPirajilan:
-
At http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=957.630 (http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=957.630) dear ysi_maniac presented weird (and beautiful) Mirage-5/MiG-23 mixes... I have another explanation about these designs: they would be derivatives of the unmanned SPirage-M23 (that was copied in USSR into MiG-23)...

Mirage Carrier and unmanned SPirage: carried

U shaped wing (seen from front) on Mirage and unmanned little SPirage:
-
I like this spy mini Mirage :-*
-
Thanks!
Mirage Carrier and unmanned SPirage: carried
There was, opposite, carried Mirage and SPirage carrier, featuring a huge UAV mother-ship:
-
Nice one - could be a Mirage IV as the carrier aircraft.
-
Thanks!
Now you know that the modern expert country about UAV (with lots of export sales in that field) is Israel. In fact, like the Kfir, all that came from Dassault designers then French boycott. Here is the Dassault SPirage J that should have completed the Mirage 5J (this prototype has been painted with a Judaic swastika by a Palestinian worker/refugee):
-
Thanks to Robomog's weird topic http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=7617.0 (http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=7617.0)
here is the SPirage/Mirage "of the 21st century" (when designed in 1977), piloted by a robot (not remote but not human either)...
Thanks Robomog and the sci-fi spirit!
-
My Pleasure, 8)
-
Hehe that's cute :-*
-
Thanks! ;)
There was also a photo-reco version of the SPirage. Not very aerodynamic with its camera of the 1970s, sorry...
-
The UAV world is the kingdom of twin-boomers... ;)
-
Now that one looks cool ! 8) 8) :-*
-
Thanks!
And from http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=22.1005 (http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=22.1005) :
Hmmm ... how about a Double-Nez 2 with wider cockpit spacing and the jet intake between the noses?
an unmanned double-nose derivative:
-
Contrary to the Mirage, the SPirage had no landing gear, but a kind of vertical landing:
-
Very cool! But your Mirage and SPirage carrier take the cake :-*
-
Thanks a lot.
And as I built the 1/72 plastic Wazault Mini-Miraj (see http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?board=34.0 (http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?board=34.0) ) here is the UAV version of it, but this did not come from Dassault, just using Dassault parts.
-
For Stealth reasons, the jet-less SPirage-SRé (Sans Réacteur) used a piston radial engine with propellers:
-
Ooh ooh ! another cool one, keep em coming tophe  8)
-
Thanks a lot.
The next one may be the last one. In this family (of unmanned Mirages) there was a simple helicopter too:
-
Of course, together with the helicopter came the autogyro:
