I was happy the way they came out as well. Whilst most modern panels are more blackish, the blue just looked better.

Nice  :smiley:  There are 3D printed panels available on Shapeway that are in no way as convincing as yours ... and they're asking silly money too  :P

Well being in lockdown with pretty average weather does get some model building done

Camel and figure progress


No real idea of what the Tare capacity of a full laden Camel is but I hope this gets the point over

All in all, moving ahead  :D

That's looking great! The figures look great and the camel looks surprisingly happy.  I just finished that Meng red and white cooler for my build!

The cart and camel combo is awesome! The solar panel really adds to it. Where did you get the camel?

Camel is from an Masterbox figure set - Commonwealth AFV Crew.. go figure


Almost there, bit of a test fit with the last of the figures, a customer with trade goods.



Awaiting a couple of final bits, provided by the stupendous Old Wombat :icon_alabanza: and some touch ups and then good to go.

The women and baby come from this 101st Light Company set. I would think it depicts a "collaboration horizontale" women, who were treated rather poorly. Finding a use for figures like this is sometimes difficult, but maybe works here with a few mods

Final bits have arrived (thanks Guy !!) So consider this done

Added some sunglasses to the Serious Looking bloke and a shotgun to the Camel Leader
