Very nice! How did you get that open grommet effect with the white seat foam showing through the black?

For this kit I used Gravity Colors for the first time
This is the result after applying a coat of Gravity Colors Light Surface Primer

Wow, this is looking superb! Those seats must have been a chore!

I love the looks of the engine and it looks like a great kit.

The GT40s are a really nice looking car & you're doing this one justice, Rod!

As in "I have done some weathering, what do you think of it?" or "Do you think I should do some weathering?"? ???

In my opinion, she looks great as she is ... but a little (more?) road grime & dust wouldn't hurt her (in very small amounts)!

Sorry ... my mistake ... I have to improve my English language  :o

I meant:   Do you think I should do some weathering?

The English isn't bad, it's just that without voice inflection that line is a bit less specific than it might be.

In response, I stick to my second line.
"This is the Captain. We have a little problem with our engine sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and, ah, explode."

This looks fantastic Rodolfo

I'm with Old Wombat on this one. With a race car, minimal weathering on the body work is probably most realistic.

Of course, no-one will be wiping down a hot, running engine in the pits. If you have the urge to do a bit of weathering, I'd go for the engine compartment.
